What is VIVACOM Net passport and where to find it?

Together with the VIVACOM Net modem box you will receive a protocol.

At the down right end of the blank the USERNAME and the PASSWORD are situated. This is your VIVACOM Net passport.

If you can not find it, please contact Customer service department at 123 for residential customers and 121 if you are a business client. After you dictate your personal data to our representative (name, telephone, address, customer number...) you will receive your VIVACOM Net passport.

The VIVACOM Net passport is unique and confidential.
