How can I change my At home calling plan?

You can request to change your At home calling plan by calling Customer Service, 24x7 on:

  • 123 if you are residential customer
  • 121 for business customers


Change of tariff is free and is allowed once per billing period.

Please note that for some tariff plans specific restrictions for change of tariff apply.

How can I change my personal account details such as my name?

You can change your name, registered address, ID card number, nationality and other personal account details by visiting in person your nearest VIVACOM shop. Please present your personal ID card in person for verification purposes.

How can I change my security question & answer?

Your security answer is the unique identifier that protects your account and prevents unauthorized access to your account.

To change your security question or answer please contact Customer Service, 24x7 on:

  • 123 if you are residential customer
  • 121 for business customers

How can I add another number to my account?

You can easily add additional home telephones to your account by visiting your nearest authorized dealer. Please present your personal ID card in person for verification purposes.

You can easily add additional services like VIVACOM Net to your home telephone account by calling Customers Service, 24x7 on:

  • 123 if you are residential customer
  • 121 for business customers
  • by visiting your nearest authorized dealer or contact your account manager

How can I make a change of ownership?

You can request change of ownership for some or all of your fixed services. Both the initial owner of the account and the new owner must visit in person VIVACOM shop. Please present your personal ID card in person for verification purposes.

Before applying for change of ownership, all due amounts must be paid in full.

How can I cancel my service?

You can request cancellation of telephone line only in person in selected VIVACOM shops. Please contact Customer Service, 24x7 on:

  • 123 if you are residential customer
  • 121 for business customers


In case the account holder is deceased, the inheritor must present in person in the VIVACOM shop Death Certificate and Inheritance document.

I am moving – what do I need to do?

If you are relocating, you can keep your fixed telephone. Please visit in person your nearest VIVACOM shop. Please present your personal ID card in person for verification purposes.

Depending on service availability in your new location, change of number or service might be possible.
