The evaluation is a whole review of the employees' presentation for the past year. Its aim is to measure the individual contribution of each employee in the frames of his/her position and responsibilities. As a result each employee receives a feed-back for his/her presentation and has the possibility to perfect his/her skills by the individual plan for development. The evaluation is also a base for salary reconsideration and distribution of the annual bonus.
