VIVACOM offers special tariff plans to people in a disadvantaged position and social and health institutions.

For people with reduced work capacity over 50%, the company offers preferential packages with a monthly subscription fee of 1.80 BGN and 160 free minutes per month for local calls. Subscribers included in social assistance programs can take advantage of preferential subscription plan of 3.72 BGN per month. Moreover VIVACOM offers preferential tariff plans to the social and health institutions designated in a list prepared by the respective Ministries. Especially for these subscription plans with 1000 minutes per month are offered at the rate of 4.20 BGN.
